Bhilwara Technical Textiles announced that Sunita Mathur has been co-opted subject to approval by the shareholders in the Annual General Meeting on the Board as an Additional Director (Independent) by the Board of Directors at their meeting held on the 27 March 2015.Further, the Company has received a letter dated 27 March 2015 from Pawan Kumar Deora, Director of the Company tendering his resignation from the office of Director of the Company with effect from immediately after close of the Board Meeting on 27 March 2015 due to personal reasons. Accordingly, Pawan Kumar Deora ceases to be a Director of the Company.
