Binny to hold board meeting

Binny will hold a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company on 1 December 2014, to inform the board the proposal finalized by the Company for development of its land for integrated township, and to consider and evaluate the merger of M/s. Mohan Breweries and Distilleries Limited, a Company under the same management along with its Subsidiary, M/s. Arthos Breweries Limited with M/s. Binny Limited.
