Board of Aarti Drugs approves change in directorate

At meeting held on 26 September 2014

Aarti Drugs announced that the following changes have been effected /approved at the meeting of the Board of Directors held on 26 September 2014:

Priti P. Savla has been appointed as an Independent and Women Director of the Company to fill the casual vacancy caused by resignation of Sunil M. Dedhia on 01 April 2014.

Rashesh C. Gogri, Whole-time Director has been appointed and re-designated as the Managing Director of the Company.
