Board of Acrysil approves preferential allotment of warrants to Promoters and Promoter Group

The Board of Acrysil has approved to issue and allot, on a preferential basis, in one or more trenches,150000 warrants at a price of Rs. 550 each warrant (price arrived at in accordance with the SEBI ICDR Regulations,2009,as amended from time to time)with each warrant convertible into one equity share of Rs. 10/- each within a period of 18 (eighteen) months from the date of allotment of Warrants to Promoters and Promoter Group.
