At meeting held on 24 September 2014

Advani Hotels & Resorts (India) announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 24 September 2014, inter alia, approved the appointment of Sureesh Mehta, as an Additional Director and Non Executive Independent Director, which is subject to the approval of Shareholders of the Company.
