At meeting held on 30 May 2014

Akar Tools announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 30 May 014, inter alia, has transacted the following:

Appointment of V K Chopra as an Additional Director of the Company.

The Independent Directors of the Company namely Atul Desai & Ravi Machhar resigned from the post of Independent Director of the Company.
