Board of Allsec Technologies approves change in directorate

Allsec Technologies announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 20 May 2016 has accepted the resignation of S Prem Kumar as Independent Director and appointed C Jayaram and D Padmanaban as Additional Directors of the Company.
