The Board of Ambuja Cements at the meeting held on 12 May 2020 has approved to recall the recommendation for payment of Final Dividend for the year ended 31 December 2019 due to the significant delay in holding the AGM of the Company due to the prevailing nation-wide lockdown related to the spread of Corona virus pandemic.The Board also has recommended for the payment of Interim Dividend of Rs.1.50 equity share (i.e.75%) for the year ended 31 December 2019, subject to the approval of the shareholders.
