Amforge Industries announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 26 March 2015, has approved the following:

1. Resignation of Yogiraj Makar as director from the board w.e.f. 16 March 2015.

2. Appointment of Lady director, Yogiraj Makar, w.e.f. 26 March 2015.
