Amines & Plasticizers announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 12 October 2015, inter alia, has approved the allotment of 2,75,10,000 (Two Crores Seventy Five Lakhs and Ten Thousand) Bonus Equity Shares of Rs. 2/- each to its existing Equity Shareholders whose names appeared in the Register of Members / List of Beneficiaries with Depositories as on the Record date i.e. 09 October 2015.Pursuant to the said allotment of 2,75,10,000 Bonus Equity shares, the Paid up Share Capital of the Company stands increased from Rs. 5,50,20,000/- to Rs. 11,00,40,000/- (Rupees Eleven Crores Forty Thousand only) consisting of 5,50,20,000 Equity Shares of Rs. 2/- each.
