Anjani Synthetics announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 12 February2015, has transacted the following:- Manoj Lunia, Director has submitted his resignation due to his pre-occupation of work. The Company has accepted his resignation and Manoj Lunia ceases to be a director from the board with effect from the closing hours of 12 February 2015.
