Aqua Pumps Infra Ventures announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 13 July 2016, inter alia, has considered the appointment of Sweta Bajaj as the Company Secretary and Compliance Officer of the Company in place of Karishma Shah who has tendered her resignation in the Board Meeting.
