Board of Aurum Soft Systems appoints director and CFO

The Board of Aurum Soft Systems has approved the appointment of Jagjit Kaur Kalra as a Non Executive Director and Vijay Joshi as CFO of the company. The Board approved change in designation of Amarjit Kalra from Executive Director to Non Executive Director.
