At meeting held on 13 May 2022

The Board of Bank of Baroda at its meeting held on 13 May 2022 has approved raising of additional capital up to Rs. 2,500 crore by way of Additional Tier I (AT I) or Tier II Debt Capital Instruments with an interchangeability option, issued in India/overseas in suitable tranches up to 31 May 2023. This will be subject to applicable statutory / regulatory approvals.
