The Board of Bliss GVS Pharma at its meeting held on 11 May 2021 has approved the allotment 2,10,500 Equity Shares of face value of Rs. 1 each of the Company under 'Bliss GVS Pharma Limited-Employee Stock Option Plan 2019' ('Bliss GVS ESOP-2019') to the eligible employees under the said Plan, pursuant to exercise of stock options granted thereunder.Consequent to the said allotment, the paid up equity share capital has increased to 10,33,57,172 equity shares of Re 1 each.
