Board of Borosil Glass Works approves bonus issue of 3:1
At meeting held on 18 June 2018
Borosil Glass Works announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 18 June 2018, inter alia have approved the following:- Issue of Bonus Shares in the ratio of 3:1 (i.e. 3 equity shares to be issued for every one equity share held) subject to approval of shareholders' and other authorities.
