The Board of Capital India Finance at its meeting held on 26 May 2021 has approved the appointment of Subash Chander Kalia (DIN: 00075644) as an Additional Director in the category of Independent Director of the Company with effect from 26 May 2021. The Board also approved the appointment of Vineet Kumar Saxena as a Chief Executive Officer of the Company with effect from 26 May 2021.
