Board of Cera Sanitaryware recommends final dividend

Cera Sanitaryware announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 3 May 2016, inter alia, have recommended the final dividend of Rs 9 per equity Share (i.e. 180%) , subject to the approval of the shareholders.
