Board of CMI approves scheme of merger

At meeting held on 30 March 2016

CMI announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 30 March 2016, has approved the scheme of merger of Wholly Owned Subsidiary i.e. CMI Energy India (Formerly known as General Cable Energy India), with the Company.
