Board of Coastal Corporation decide to delist from Delhi & Ahmedabad stock exchanges

At meeting held on 10 May 2014

Coastal Corporation announced that the Board of Directors at the meeting held on 10 May 2014 have approved to voluntarily delist the Company's equity shares from Delhi and Ahmedabad stock exchanges and continue listing on the Bombay Stock Exchange.
