Board of Comfort Intech approves change in CFO
At meeting held on 30 May 2015
Comfort Intech announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 30 May 2015, has accepted the resignation of Lalit Sethi from the post of Chief Financial Officer of the Company w.e.f. 30 May 2015.
