Amit Securities announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 16 June 2015 the following changes were made in the composition of the Board of directors:1.Aditi Mittal the Additional Director women director of the Company has resigned from the office of Director of the Company w.e.f. 16 June 2015.
2. Uma Prajesh Helan has been appointed as an Additional Director in the category of Independent & Women Director of the Company w.e.f. 16 June 2015.
