Board of Coromandel Agro Products and Oils recommends dividend

Coromandel Agro Products and Oils announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its Meeting held on 30 May 2014, inter alia, have recommended a Dividend of Rs 1.25 (12.50%) per equity share of Rs 10 each.
