Board of Credit Analysis & Research recommends final dividend

Credit Analysis & Research announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 12 May 2015, inter alia, have recommended the final dividend of Rs 8 per equity Share (i.e. 80%) , subject to the approval of the shareholders.
