Board of Cummins India to consider Q3 results and interim dividend

Cummins India announced that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on 01 February 2017, inter alia, for:-1. Approving unaudited financial results for the quarter and nine months ended 31 December 2016 (Q3); and
2. Considering declaration of Interim Dividend for the Financial Year 2016-17.
