Board of Dewan Housing Finance Corporation recommends dividend

Final dividend of Rs 2 & Special dividend of Rs 3 per share

Dewan Housing Finance Corporation announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 30 April 2014 have recommended a final dividend of Rs 2 per share along with additional dividend of Rs 3 per share as special 30th anniversary celebration dividend. The Company has already paid an interim dividend of Rs 3 per share during the year, taking the aggregate dividend to Rs 8 per share for financial year 2013-14.
