The Board of Dhanvarsha Finvest has on 14 April 2021 approved the allotment of first tranche of 15,98,727 unsecured compulsorily convertible debentures having face value of Rs 400 on preferential basis to various non-promoter investors, inter alia including Aviator Emerging Market Fund for an aggregate amount of Rs 63.94 crore out of the offer of 20,40,000 CCDs which shall be convertible into equivalent number Equity Shares of the Company at a conversion price of Rs.400/- per Equity Share, within 18 months from the date of allotment of CCDs.Powered by Capital Market - Live News
