Divya Jyoti Industries announced that the Board of Directors transacted the following -1.Acceptance of resignation of Prabhavi Mungee as Company Secretary and Compliance Officer of the Company.
2.Appointment of Suruchi Maheshwari as Company Secretary and Compliance Officer of the company with immediate effect.
