At meeting held on 27 June 2017

Eldeco Housing & Industries announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 27 June 2017 has considered and approved the following -

Resignation of Naina Tandon as Company Secretary and Compliance Officer from 15 June 2017.

Appointment of Chandni Vij as Company Secretary and Compliance Officer with effect from 16 June 2017.

Shifting of registered office from State of Haryana to State of Uttar Pradesh.
