Board of Eldeco Housing & Industries takes note of acquisition of bal stake in Omni Farms

The Board of Eldeco Housing & Industries at its meeting held on 24 January 2020 has taken note of acquisition of 17% of the total equity capital of Omni Farms in which the Company was already holding 83% of the total equity capital, thereby making it a wholly owned subsidiary of the Company.
