Board of Finaventure Capital approves change in directorate

At meeting held on 11 May 2015

Finaventure Capital announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 11 May 2015, has decided :

1. To appoint Dinesh Surana, as the Additional Director of the Company w.e.f. 11 May 2015.

2. To accept the resignation of Mahesh Vaidya, as the vice Chairman & Managing Director of the Company w.e.f. 11 May 2015.
