Frontline Securities announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 20 October 2017 has approved the appointment of Mayank Aggrawal as a Chief Financial Officer of the Company, consequent to the resignation of Swarna Gowri S. from the post of Chief Financial Officer of the Company.
