Board of Fruition Venture approves change in directorate

With effect from 19 August 2014

Fruition Venture announced that the Board by circular resolution dated 19 August 2014 -

1. Has appointed Ravinder Kumar Jain as Additional Director (Independent Director) of the Company with effect from 19 August 2014.

2. Has accepted the resignation of Harish Sabarwal as a director of the Company with effect from 19 August 2014.
