Gayatri Projects announced that in the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company held on 26 December 2016, the following items of business were, inter-alia, transacted and approved, subject to the approval of the members to be sought by way of voting through postal ballot process:1. Sub-division of Nominal Value of equity shares of Rs. 10/- per share to Rs. 2/- per share.
2. Alteration of Capital Clause in Memorandum of Association of the Company.
3. Postal ballot notice for seeking the approval of the members for the above items.
