Board of Geojit BNP Paribas Financial Services recommends final dividend

Geojit BNP Paribas Financial Services announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 19 May 2014, inter alia, has recommended a final dividend of 10 paise per equity share of Re 1 each for the financial year 2013-14 for the approval of the Shareholders of the Company at the ensuing Annual General Meeting.
