Outcome of board meeting of Goenka Diamond & Jewels

Goenka Diamond & Jewels announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 19 May 2014, inter alia, has resolved upon the following points:

Appointment of Rajni Ahuja as Company Secretary and Compliance Officer of the Company with effect from 02 May 2014.

The Board took note of the commencement of the Companies Act, 2013 and is taking necessary steps towards implementation of the same.
