Board of GIVO approves change in directorate

At meeting held on 26 May 2015

GIVO announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 26 May 2015, the following changes have taken place:

1. Appointment of Praveen Saran as Whole-time Director.

2. Appointment of Meenakshi Goyal as Woman Independent Director.

3. Acceptance of resignation of Anjali Thukral as Woman Additional Director.
