Board of Goodluck India approves allotment of 15 lakh convertible warrants

At meeting held on 04 June 2021

The Board of Goodluck India at its meeting held on 04 June 2021 has approved the allotment of 15,00,000 warrants (convertible into equity shares of Rs.2.00 each) at a price of Rs.75.00 each (including a premium of Rs.73.00 each) as per the SEBI(ICDR) Regulations, 2018 to the Non-Promoter group persons on preferential issue basis.
