The Board of Grandeur Products at its meeting held on 05 April 2018 approved the following -1. Accepted the resignation of Poppoppu Lenin Babu as Independent Director of the Company with immediate effect.
2. Approved and accepted the appointment of Ramesh Babu Nemani as Additional (Independent) Director of the Company with immediate effect.
