At meeting held on 09 September 2015
Gujarat Metallic Coal & Coke announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 09 September 2015, has noted that:1. D. C. Bajoria, Managing Director has ceased to be the Director of the Company pursuant to the provisions of Section 167 of the Companies Act, 2013 in view of his absence from all the meetings of the Board in the past twelve months.
The Board of Directors has made the following appointments in the Board:-
1. Sajjan Kumar Tailor has been appointed as Managing Director for a period of five years w.e.f. 09 September 2015.
2. Rashmeet Kaur Arora has been appointed as additional Director in the category of Independent Director.
