Board of Gujarat State Petronet approves transfer of Amritsar and Bhatinda city gas distribution

At meeting held on 03 June 2021

The Board of Gujarat State Petronet at its meeting held on 03 June 2021 has approved the transfer of City Gas Distribution business for Amritsar and Bhatinda Geographical Area ('CGD Business') of the Company as a going concern, on Slump Sale basis, to Gujarat Gas for an aggregate consideration of Rs 163.31 crore.
