Board of H P Cotton Textile Mills approves change in company secretary & compliance officer

At meeting held on 10 September 2016

H P Cotton Textile Mills announced that the Board of Directors in their meeting held on 10 September 2016, inter alia, have considered and approved the following business:

1. Accepted the resignation of Priyanka Singal from the post of Company Secretary/Compliance Officer of the Company and relieved her from her duties w.e.f. 08 September 2016.

2. The Board has considered and approved to appoint Ashok Kumar Agarwal, Joint Managing Director of the Company as Compliance Officer of the Company.
