Hathway Cable & Datacom announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 12 January 2017 transacted the following -Approved withdrawal of scheme of demerger of the Broadband Business of the Company into Hathway Broadband filed with the Hon'ble High Court of Bombay.
Approved rescinding the earlier decision of the board taken at its meeting on 26 May 2016 to merge three of its wholly owned subsidiaries with the Company.
Approved in-principle to spin-off the Cable Television Business of the Company to Company's subsidiary - Hathway Datacom Central.
Approved in-principle to 5 subsidiaries of the Company to spin-off their respective CATV Business to Hathway Datacom Central.
