Board of Hi-Tech Gears recommends final dividend

Hi-Tech Gears announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 21 May 2015, inter alia, have recommended the final dividend of Rs 1.5 per equity Share (i.e. 15%) , subject to the approval of the shareholders.
