The Board of Housing Development Finance Corporation at its meeting held on 30 July 2018 has granted its approval for the following --- issue of secured redeemable non convertible debentures aggregating to Rs 35000 crore on a private placement basis.
-- raising of external commercial borrowing up to USD 1.5 billion.
