Board of ICICI Bank approves shifting of registered office

At meeting held on 09 May 2020

The Board of ICICI Bank at its meeting held on 09 May 2020 has approved shifting of registered office of the Bank from the State of Gujarat to the State of Maharashtra and consequential amendment in the Clause (II) of the Memorandum of Association of the Bank, subject to the approval of Members and other regulatory approvals, as may be required. The Bank has received no-objection from Reserve Bank of India (RBI) to the said proposal of shifting of registered office, subject to compliance with the guidelines, directions and statutory provisions as applicable.
