At meeting held on 30 May 2014
IEC Education announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 30 May 2014, inter alia, have considered and approved the following matters:1. Approving the Resignation of Preeti Rani, from post of Company Secretary of the Company.
2. Approving the Appointment of Mohnish Dutta, on the post of Company Secretary of the Company.
