The Board of IGC Industries at its meeting held on 11 March 2020 has approved the change in directorate as follows -
a)Resignation of Bhavesh Ramesh Vora (DIN: 02365683) from the post of Independent Director of the Company with immediate effect.
b)Resignation of Shivang Shailesh Vora (DIN: 08082144) from the post of Independent Director of the Company with immediate effect.
c)Appointment of Jayalal Pathak (DIN: 08720265) as Additional Non Executive Independent Director of the Company with immediate effect.
d)Appointment of Mahendar Khirodwalal (DIN: 01584440) as Additional Non Executive Independent Director of the Company with immediate effect.
