Board of IL&FS Transportation Networks approves issuance of bonds
At meeting held on 18 January 2018
The Board of IL&FS Transportation Networks has granted an in-principle approval for issuance of the following securities -
-Masala bonds up to Rs 2000 crore.
-Rated secured USD denominated bonds up to USD 500 million.
The proceeds of the issue will be primarily used to repay high interest bearing short term debt.
