The Board of India Glycols at its meeting held on 01 May 2018 has approved the appointment of Sajeve Deora (DIN-00003305) as an Additional Director (in the capacity of Independent Director) on the Board of Directors of the Company w.e.f. 1 May, 2018 for a period of 5 years, subject to the approval of Members at the ensuing AGM.
